The main text of this site is set in 10pt Georgia. Main headlines are letter-spaced 20pt Georgia uppercase and small capitals. Other headers are 10pt Georgia in italics or letterspaced small capitals. The menu, footer, and some links are set in 7pt, 9pt, or 10pt Verdana.

The layout is created using div elements with CSS styling. The only graphics are the name, set in Palatino, at the top of the menu, and an 848 × 1 pixel repeated background image, used to extend the layout to the bottom of the browser window. The design is a deliberate effort to show that a web page can be both elegant and small: a rarity today, when so often graphics and plug-ins push a single page over 100KB.

	This site uses valid XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.1, and is entirely usable in a basic browser, even a text-only one such as w3m or Lynx.
	The menu is created using the SmartMenus script.
