Queenwood, Hampshire

John Tyndall taught at Queenwood College, a Quaker school in Hampshire, in 1848-1849 and 1851-c1854 [Low, pp.111-113 has Greenwood, but Tony Crilly tells me it is Queenwood - I don't know where this is/was ?? Jerrold, p.22 has Queenswood which seems most likely and says it was partly a junior school and partly a technical/agricultural school where Frankland was chemist]. T.A. Hirst succeeded Tyndall.
