- Jointly supervised with Nik Ruskuc. Jenni is working on properties of the Cayley graph of semigroups.
- Jon McDougall-Bagnall
- Thesis: Generation problems for finite groups, to be submitted 2011.
- Nina Menezes
- Jointly supervised with Colva Roney-Dougal. Nina is working on probabilistic results in finite groups.
- Jay McPhee
- Jointly supervised with James Mitchell. Bob Gray was also involved at the start of her supervision. Jay is working on endomorphism monoids and automorphism groups of countable structures.

- Thesis: Applications of Lie methods to computations with polycyclic groups (2007). Main supervisor: Steve Linton. I was Björn's second supervisor.
